1 - 1:45 p.m. Event check-in at main gate

1:45 p.m. Registered attendees may enter the park

2 p.m. Group Photo in front of Jack Rabbit

2:05 - 3 p.m. ERT on Kangaroo and Potato Smash

2:30 - 3 p.m. ERT (Exclusive Rudolph Time) — This is the only 30 minutes of the day that park guests will encounter Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and ALL of his friends (Bumble, Clarice and Sam the Snowman) at the same time. Find it in Pavilion 17 behind Aero 360.

3 p.m. ITOT on Journey with Thomas (train) (avoid the lines later and queue up before the park gates open!)

3 - 9 p.m. Kennywood open to the public and you

3:30 p.m. ITOT on Ghostwood Estate

4:15 p.m. ITOT on Noah's Ark

5:40 p.m. Meet at the Big Tree for the Tree Lighting Ceremony (selected event attendees will do the honors!)

6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Holiday Feast in End Zone Cafe

8 p.m. ITOT on Merry Go Round

9 p.m. Park closes

ITOTs (Informal Take Over Times) are an ACE Western Pennsylvania tradition during which we gather together as a group to enjoy a selection of the park's unique rides and attractions. If you wish to participate in any particular ITOT, please arrive about five minutes early to meet up with the group before entering the queue line. Large groups can overwhelm other park guests, so please be mindful of and courteous to others while waiting in line.
